Other Costs Not Included: Costs do not include international travel, travel insurance, airport departure taxes, and passport fees, gratuities to bus drivers and guides, alcoholic beverages unless noted, and items of a personal nature (as excess baggage fees, telephone expenses, Internet costs, laundry, etc.), optional tours and sightseeing not specified in the itinerary, or items or services not specifically listed on this tour.
Domestic and International Air: In an effort to offer the best possible service, we also strongly recommend that you request Continental Capers arrange your air travel. We are able to provide discounted airfare from nearly all major airports in the U.S. By handling both your cruise and air arrangements, we are able to provide the most complete service to our clients.
Travel Insurance: Due to the high cancellation penalties and other risks of loss, we strongly suggest trip insurance to cover losses due to trip cancellation, trip delay, trip interruption, luggage loss, personal injury, death, accidents, default or bankruptcy of a supplier, or other contingencies. Please contact Continental Capers to purchase travel insurance or for any questions regarding insurance coverage or details.
In order to guarantee maximum coverage under your policy, insurance coverage should be purchased at the time of your first payment. By purchasing insurance coverage through our office, you affirm that you fully understand the terms and limitations of the policy. You also affirm that no additional coverage or protection has been offered either explicitly or implicitly by Continental Capers Travel Center, Inc., its employees, directors, agents or employees.
Passports/Visas: Your passport must have at least six months validity left on it from your return date of travel. If you need help with passports or visas, please contact us.
